Art All Day, Trenton, NJ November 4, 2017

Yesterday I participated in Art All Day in Trenton. NJ. Along with two other artists, I was in the Maestro Technologies building, formerly the First Trenton National Bank. This magnificent building has a Venetian ceiling, beautiful tiled floors and a very high ceiling. It was like being in a cathedral! Autin Wright is a well-known sculptor, whose work is on display at the Grounds for Sculpture. This venue was a wonderful showcase for his work! The other artist was Mark Schultz, who makes wonderful designs from wood. It was also a great opportunity for some people watching. The space was colossal and I enjoyed seeing a few young children walk around the room. One of them was walking towards her parents and looking my way, When she saw my table filled with colorful things, she slowed down and eventually turned to walk towards me for a better look at my work. This happened two more times and I consider this one of the highest compliments! I loved watching their faces as they checked out my sparkly, colorful offerings! Being at an art show isn't necessarily the most exciting activity for a young child and I'm happy to have provided something interesting for them!

My piece, Sunset, made the inside cover of the tour guide! It's the one on the lower left side. It would have been nice to give these artists credit, but I forgive them!
